Your appointments are very important to our Skincare staff, as your scheduled time is reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. As a courtesy to other patients and our staff, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. We will offer the appointment to another client. Our goal is to better serve everyone.
This policy goes into effect immediately, with a minimum 24 hours notice required to cancel/reschedule appointments. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up for your appointment on two separate occasions, we will require a 50% deposit when scheduling and/or rescheduling. This will be used toward your scheduled service.
Products may be returned with your receipt within 30 days of the purchase. Returns on a credit card purchase must be credited to the same card. All other valid returns will be refunded with a check.
